how we help
Our History
Our team works with individuals aged 14 and up who may need support with communication, behavior, daily living, education or community engagement. Using applied behavior analysis (ABA), we help clients build skills and reduce barriers to independence in ways that are sustainable and rooted in trust.

Research-Backed Care
Data helps us track progress and adjust plans, but real change comes from consistent support, clear goals, and knowing when to adapt based on what a person needs in that moment. Our approach is structured, research-informed, and shaped by the person in front of us.
Learn more about our approach our Programs
Our programs are built to support the kinds of skills people use in everyday life.
We structure each person’s time based on what they need to work on, what they’re ready for and what kind of support helps them move forward. The goal isn’t to follow a fixed schedule, but instead to help people build confidence and practical skills they can carry into the rest of their lives.
Community Involvement & Volunteering
Volunteering, community outings, and work-based learning are all part of how our clients build skills—but they’re also real ways to participate, contribute, and connect.
Microenterprise
These projects give individuals the chance to build practical skills and earn money, but more importantly, they offer ownership, creativity, and pride in something they made themselves.
How Our Programs Work
Every service we provide is shaped by a few consistent themes:
Individualization – No two people’s programs look exactly the same
Progress, not perfection – We focus on growth that’s meaningful to the person, not a set outcome
Real-life application – Skills are practiced in everyday settings, not just structured lessons
Trust and consistency – We take the time to build relationships and meet people where they are
Dignity and contribution – Clients aren’t here to be managed—they’re here to participate, grow, and contribute
Whether someone starts by learning how to get through a morning routine or is ready to take on community volunteering, our programs create a bridge between what’s possible now and what might be possible next.
