Applied Behavior Analysis
ABA is the foundation of everything we do. It’s not talk therapy—it’s a practical, flexible approach to understanding behavior, identifying what’s getting in the way of success, and helping people learn new skills in its place.

ABA focuses on behavior—what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how we can support meaningful change. Unlike talk therapy, ABA uses structured teaching, data collection, and reinforcement strategies to help individuals build new skills and reduce behaviors that may limit their quality of life.
