Our team of expertly trained therapists, supervisors, interns, and behavior technicians are dedicated to providing quality and individualized services to help each person we serve to develop and realize “Achievements Unlimited”.
Melissa Weber
M.A., BCBA, LBA-Executive Director and Co-Founder
Melissa has 24 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She holds an M.A. degree in psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from the University of Nevada – Reno and is a board-certified and Missouri-licensed behavior analyst. She has worked as a behavior analyst at several of the leading agencies in St. Louis and currently is the Founder and Director of Best Abilities, a company which provides in-home behavior therapy to individuals of all ages. She helped found Achievements Unlimited to further her vision for services for adults with disabilities. She is also a professor in the ABA program at Lindenwood University and president of the St. Louis Area Day Services Coalition.
Kayla Hatcher
Program Director
Kayla has 14 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She studied early childhood special education at the University of Central Missouri. Kayla has been with Achievements Unlimited for over 7 years, starting in a direct care position. Her stepping stones to Program Director include offsite activities coordinator, and then assistant director. She is active in her community, always in search of meaningful opportunities for the clients of AU, as well as volunteering for her neighborhood's HOA. Kayla prides herself in being an advocate for all and assists in the oversight, development and daily functioning of all AU programs.
Amber McCoy
Director of Behavior Services Administration
Amber has a decade of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in a variety of settings and has been with Achievements Unlimited since its founding. She holds an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lindenwood University and is a board-certified behavior analyst licensed in the state of Missouri. Amber enjoys disseminating the science of behavior analysis to provide insight and improvement in the lives of others.
Morshay Andrews
Assistant Director
Morshay has 18 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Morshay started as a direct care staff helping children in residential settings dealing with abuse neglect and trauma before starting at Achievements Unlimited in 2015 as a behavior technician. She has a passion for helping others strive for greatness. She now directs staff and oversees the daily program functions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family.
Ellie Mueller
Director of Academic Services
Ellie is a certified teacher with a degree in Secondary Education. Before starting with AU in 2023, she taught a multitude of math and science subjects at an alternative high school. Ellie has 6 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities as she was a registered behavior technician before the start of her career. Ellie strives to design academic programs that help everyone grow to reach their highest potential.
Jessica Moore
Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst
Jessica has 17 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She started working for Achievements Unlimited 6 years ago as a behavior technician. Jessica then completed the coursework to become a registered behavior technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Her passion for this line of work grew and in May of 2021 she obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. After being accepted to Lindenwood University's Applied Behavioral Analysis Program in the Fall of 2021, Jessica gained her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in May of 2023. Jessica now holds her provisional license through the Behavior Analyst Advisory Board.
Lauren Milburn
Licensed Behavior Analyst
Lauren has six years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. She started working at AU as an intern in 2019 and is currently part of the behavior therapy team. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster University and an Educational Specialist degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lindenwood University. She is a board-certified behavior analyst and is licensed in the state of Missouri. Lauren is passionate about using the science of behavior to help individuals cultivate effective coping skills and build meaningful relationships.
